Ultimate Frisbee- the sport of gods. Welcome to Corvallis High Ultimate!
Ultimate Frisbee is a sport that has traditionally welcomed players from all social groups, and develops skills necessary from many traditional sports from soccer to basketball to tennis.
Beginning 2002 Ultimate is a competitive club sport at CHS during the spring season. We compete against Philomath and Crescent Valley regularly. We attend the Oregon State High School Championship, this year April 27th.
Hopefully, we'll use the tournament to assemble/fund an all-star team from the best of all participating schools to go and participate in the Seattle Spring Reign Tournament!!

NEWS
Practices will began Monday Feb 11th, lunchtime only. Until further notice, these will take place OUTSIDE (football field).
After-school, weekend practices and outside practices will begin by March 1.
4-4-02 CHS beats CV 13-11 in the first game of the season! CHS up 7-3 at the
half, CV rallies valiantly to tie it up at 11-11, two more points by CHS ends
the match! Good game Raiders!
4-11-02 CHS beats CV 15-12. CV pulls ahead early with some nice handling and
sweet D. CV up 4-1, CHS takes advantage of a rash of turnovers to tie it at 6's.
8-6 at the half, CHS breaks out with some nice Zone, long cuts and hucks and
pulls off a comeback and a win. SPARTANS!
4-14-02 Philomath beats a CHS team sorely depleted by PT conferences and religion, 13-5.
4-15-02 CHS ranked #20 nationwide, Phil 52, CV 60. National Juniors Website
4-25-02 PHS beats CHS 13-11. Great game Warriors!
4-27-02 CHS wins Second Place at the Oregon State High School Championship.

For CHS students, lunchtime weekdays on the football field, or the small gym when wet.
WALNUT PARK- usually people after school, I saw some people there on a Teusday about 4:00. Just drive by and see, mostly CV kids tho so not much quality to the games :-)
ALSO: Sundays @2:30 till dark, HP Ultimate Field (past KMART, right after the railroad tracks, behind the power station. Kind Of.)

If any of you ultimate fans are in Stanford U, there are awesome pickup games at Roble Field, Santa Theresa Road every Sunday about 3:30.
