Answers to questions that
have gone unanswered in this site regarding the
equipment, are available if you need specific questions
answered. There are experienced technicians that can
answer questions and solve problems.
We would like to hear about
problems as soon as possible so that we can correct them
and get you up and running again soon. To do this, we
need to know what the problem is that you are having.
Please fill out the Equipment Problems Report form below
if you know the problem area. If you do not, please talk
with Mr. Corliss about finding someone to work with. If
the problem is less urgent, please send an
E-Mail
to the Tech Department of Channel 60/ Spartan TV and we
will get to work on the problem as time
allows.
If you find a solution to a
problem with the equipment please write it up and send it
in. It will be posted on the individual help page to help
others. This helps solve more problems faster if we do
not have to answer the same questions.
