University of Puget Sound. 2009 Greek Women's Athlete of the Year. Captain of UPS Women's Golf Team -- 2009 Northwest Division III Champions.

Paul Hand class of 2000:
Doctorate in Applied Mathematics at the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences, New York University

The title of his thesis was :
“ Homogenization in Cardiac Electrophysiology and Blow-Up in Bacterial Chemotaxis.”

His thesis won the Kurt O Friedrichs Prize of the Courant Institute for Outstanding Dissertation in mathematics for 2009.
