San Francisco publishing owns every other publishing/press type company in the world. You should worship it. Actually it only has a few outlets, but more than are listed here. Lots of our subcompanies like to stay anonymous, and you can see why. So look through the previews (if any companies were nice enough to put up any, it's not like we know what they did on their sites) and descriptions and buy stuff if you're actually dumb enough to give these companies your credit card number.
